Locating/Highlighting differences in column

Hi,

I am using a worksheet with lots of formulae in it. I want to write a
conditional formatting to highlight the cell in a column that is
different than the rest of the cells in the same column... For
example, the formula would highlight the cell in bracket in the
example below as it is different than the rest of cells in column...

A1-1
A2-1
(A3+2) (highlighted)
A4-1
A5-1
