Locating mail after rules wizard run

I have setup a new profile on Windows and have to recreate all my settings.
In Outlook, I have setup one folder only to receive incoming mail. I am in
the process of adding the rest of my personal folders. I noticed that when
the rules wizard runs the folder it is pointing to is not there. I assumed
that since the personal folder was not there Outlook would place them in the
deleted items. They are not there.
Has anyone had this problem?
