Locating new templates

I have had templates accepted recently and they appear in the My templates
area when I log on but can't locate them by following the expected path.
'Employee individual vacation record' is my latest addition author Russell
Dawson
Can anyone else get it? Do I need to do anything else before they are
published?

I see Employee Individual Vacation Record. I searched for Vacation Record
and didn't see it, but then I hit the "Unfiltered" option on the left (under
"community filter" and it showed up 2nd in the results.

What do we need to do for our templates to show up in the "Moderate" option?

That's a good question.

The answer is, just be patient.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/HP101078171033.aspx explains.

Expand the section about becoming trusted: Basically, a template becomes
trusted after it's been online X number of days + Y number of downloads.

Now expand the section about community filter settings: once your template
becomes trusted, it falls into the Moderate group and will show up on those
searches.

I know it doesn't say exactly that, but I have it on good word that that's
how it happens. I think it will show up in Moderate after it's been up there
a little while.
