locating or installing outlook express

I need to start using outlook Express for work from my
home office. I cannot locate it on my computer. Is there a
free download avail or must I purchase it?

Usually installed in C:/Program Files/Outlook Express by default
Also search for msimn.exe
Tried starting from IE/Read Mail?
