Locating pst file on mirrow drive

I have my applications, including Outlook on my stripped drives but want to
locate my existing pst file on my mirrowed drive.
Outlook, by default creates a new pst folder on its drive and folder.
Subsequent access to Outlook when opening then requests opening its default ,
but empty pst file.
How can I set it up to have just the sigle pst file on the mirrored drive.
Should I just delete the folder that Outlook set up when I reloaded Office,
with the new RAID disks?

Locate the pst (enable viewing of hidden files)
With OL closed, copy it/them to new location
Rename origonal location pst's
Open OL, it will complain........browse to new location
