Location coordinates

My add-in tries to compute the area of a polygon drawn by the user on the
map. It cannot do that without the coordinates of the vertices. Alas,
Location (= the type of Shape.Vertices) does not expose coordiantes. Does
anyone know how to obtain the coordinates?
