Hello,
If I have a phone number 9725551212 that I want to use in a Contact
find filter, I have to reformat it as '(972) 555-1212' in order to
achieve a match.
But this assumes that Outlook will use the USA default phone number
format. What happens if the user reconfigures his location to a
country/region that uses a different format?
Does Outlook expose an API function that I can use to programmatically
convert my raw phone number into the appropriate format for the current
locale setting that will achieve the desired match when used in a filter?
Any other ideas?
Thanks.
