Location of MSPS2003AppPool

Dear Newsgroup

Since a new installation of my Projectserver i got the following Errormessage
Looking for answers of this Errormessage i found that this could be a securityproblem

So my question is

1. Where is the template persistent cache located and which rights does this files need
2. Why does this Application dont use a username
