Location of Options / security tab in 2007

Hi there I need to find something in WOrd 2007. If I was in 2003, I would go
to Tools > Options > and on the Security tab, I would click on an option that
removes the author and date information from tracked changes. I can not find
this feature in 2007. None of the posted microsoft command locators contain
details about the options settings. Any help would be great.

I think you should try to go to the office button on the top left corner and

Click on Word Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings | Privacy
Options | check the "Remove personal information from file properties on
save" box | OK.

The "Remove Personal Information..." option is only enabled for documents
created in the previous version that utilized the option.

For Word 2007 you'll want to use the new Document Inspector which can be
found by clicking the Office Button, pointing to Prepare, and then clicking
Inspect Document.
