Is there a way I can see when someone turned/set their out of office on.
Or
What is the location of the file that stores the Out of Office assistant
text information.

Thanks in Advance
Mike

It is a server side operation so I would check on Exchange server.

No file is involved. Turning on OOA creates a rule in the user's Inbox that you can see with MFCMAPI if you have permissions to view that mailbox.
