Location of Outlook 2003 files and relocating them...

Outlook 2003 SP2

My laptop IDE drive (Seagate) is nearly toast with some bad sectors. I'm in
the process of seriously considering reinstalling Outlook 2003 on a new
laptop with a SATA drive. To do so, I'd need to transfer the Outlook files
from the IDE drive to the SATA drive.
1) Is this do-able?
2) What are the names of these files that I'd need to transfer and where are
they?
3) What are the implications of doing so with a 'simple' copy/paste from the
IDE drive to the SATA drive?

I have all of Office 2003 on my IDE drive (Powerpoint, FrontPage etc) that
I'd like to bring over my salient files.

PS: My Inbox is critical here as when I download the emails off of our
Win2K3R2/Exchange 2003 SP2 server I delete the emails off the Exchange server

For some tips
There are no implications from copy/paste ide to sata, other than outlook
should be closed

PS By deffinition no files can be considered critical if you have no backup
