Location of Resource Rate Info in Database

My company is in the process of updating existing rates for all resources in
the global resource pool. Our thought was to do this with some code, rather
than use the labor intensive interface in Project. We're updating several
rate tables for several years, so it's a lot of clicking and typing for over
a hundred resources. The problem we're having is *finding* where the Project
Sever database stores the resource rate information. Is there a location
(table) that is accessible through code that has the rate information for
resources?

Any help is appreciated. This forum has been very valuable as we have
implemented Project Server!
