Lock A Field

Is this a form that once they put their name in you want
it locked forever, or only while they use the form at that
time. Will their name be stored in a table from this
field or does this form refresh everytime a user opens
it? with the answer to those questions I can probably
help.

Hi,

The form will refresh and allow them to continue adding
names (that will lock once they select "add new record")
but the other fields on the form can be changed if need
be. Thanks!
