Lock cells except for Macro button

I have created a spreadsheet where the user clicks a command button and
enters a number. This number then goes into a table and the table
recalculates a rolling average. I would like to lock the table entries to
user changes unless they are using the macro button. So, if they click in
the table, they can't make any changes, but if they click the macro button,
the macro coding is able to make changes to the table. Is this possible??
