Lock Contents in PowerPOint

I am attempting to "protect" a template and its masters I
created in PowerPoint. I think that I am supposed to find
a "lock contents" option but I am unble to find it. THe
hlpe menu says "go the whiteboard and select the 'tools'
option".

What do I do?

Whatever help menu it is, it's referring to something else.
You can't lock the contents of a PPT template/master, I'm afraid.

IIRC, that's what comes up in one of the PPT version's help files when

you search on "lock." It's actually referring to the whiteboard in
presentation broadcasting, but that's not clearly delineated in the help
file.

Figured it was something along those lines.

I wonder if we could pay the people who keep improving Help to go away for a
few decades.
