Lock Enterprise Resource Pool Fields

Is it possible to lock certain fields in the Enterprise Resource Pool, when a
PM opens it in Project Professional to put together a team? It is very
frustrating that the PM's can manipulate all fields in the Enterprise
Resource Pool. We only want them to view and select the members they feel are
right for the project.

Just like to add that if I was to lock fields, the PMs would still be able to
change resource information by resource, which is also not good. let me know
how i can restrict PMs from changing resource information.

A PM does not need to open the Enterprise Resource Pool to build his team.

The Enterprise Resource Pool is used to create resource and specify
resource information.

For building the project team, the PM should use Tools -> Build Team
From Enteprise.
