lock (password) the notes folder?

How can I lock my notes folder. It contains my passwords for all my systems.
I have a PDA which sync's with outlook. It seems everytime I'm not in the
office someone gets on my computer and leaves it open where anyone has access.

you can't password the folder - you can password the pst or lock the
computer so no one else can use it.

BTW - if someone needs to use your computer when you are not there they
should have their own windows account. They should not use your account.

I've changed my login password . . . hopefully this will help. Thanks for
