Lock picture image

-- I inserted a picture image into the header of a Word document. The
picture image is a company logo. This document will be distributed outside
the office to users that need to edit text in the document, but not modify
the logo. Is there a way to lock the logo image to prevent it from being
copied or modified in any way?

I tried using the protect form feature, but this disables many builtin Word
features, such as editing headers and footers.

Thanks

If you're allowing access to the H/F any user can change whatever is there.
