Locked cells

My manager made a template for me to use and it has some date cells I can't
change but need to. Any idea on how to change these dates. I tried Project
information and setting the date that way but to no avail. The cell is greyed
out when I am in the general window for the task.

I believe I am. My problem is I develope a test plan 4 weeks ahead of my test
starting and it shows it takes 4 extra weeks to run my tests.
