Locked Fields

Hello,

On one of my two mail merges I get the message:

Word found locked fields during the update. Word cannot update locked
fields.

The first of my mail merges works fine.

I copied the code from the first mail merge (the one that works property)
and made the appropriate changes. Running the module from the immediate
window runs just like the first one, except, I get three instances of word
opening.

One - a copy of the .doc showing the merge fields.

Two - all the documents that are supposed to be printed.

Three - one piece of paper prints the message - Word found locked fields
during the update. Word cannot update locked fields.

I certainly appreciate any help I can get on this.

Toggle the fields in your merge document (ABC button on merge toolbar)
Locked fields will not show their data, whereas unlocked fields will. Select
the locked field(s) and unlock with CTRL+SHIFT+F11.

Thanks for your response.

All fields show their data. The Word documents can be printed, but I still
get the message "Word found locked fields during the update. Word cannot
update locked fields." This message is printed on a separate piece of paper.
