Locked forms

I have made a form and have copied it exactly. the copied
form is exactly the same (all the fields as before) except
for the fact that the the fields are locked and not
enabled. this is because this form is solely for
reference. however, the problem i now have is that if i
update/add/delete any records from the original form, the
changes will not be reflected in the copied form. is there
any way so that when i go into the copied form, the
records automatically update from the original form but
retain the locked fields?

You might try me.requery in the open event of the
copied form.
