Does anyone else have a problem with One-note password-protection locking
them out?
The first time it happened, I'd only been using the package a couple of days
and, although I'm not the scatty type who forgets passwords, I was just about
prepared to accept that I had done something wrong - made a typo twice when
setting the password or similar.
I got all the information back together and entered it into a new section
which I protected with a different password. To be safe, I carefully wrote
down the new password in TWO different places. All went well for three
months; I happily accessed and updated my data until yesterday.
Now, despite careful checking against my written record, it won't recognise
my password! And, yes, I've checked that the caps lock isn't on ....
So, does anyone else have any experience of being spontaneously locked out
of their own data and does anyone have any advice as to how to overcome this
problem? I really need to get to that information so any help would be much
appreciated.
