Locked up Calendar

[GSINORM]

I have Outlook 2000 and am using the calendar feature.
I'm using a laptop that utilizes the XP home operating
system. A few days ago, the Calendar got locked up, does
not respond in Outlook 2000. The other outlook programs
work, such as task, etc. I only use outlook for the
calendar and tasks.

How do I get the calendar to respond? When I click on
calendar I get that days screen but can't access anything
else without getting locked up.

Are you using a .PST file? If so, try running the Inbox Repair Tool against
it to see if it finds any errors. Search your drive for a file called
scanpst.exe and run it.
