I was working on an Excel 2010 spreadsheet via a Citrix Presentation Server Client using a VPN connection when my PC locked up.
When I start the Task Manager, the only item in the "Applications" window is "Citrix Presentation Server Client" and it's running. In the "Processes" window, neither Citrix nor Excel are listed.
I've closed the Citrix client, disconnected VPN and shut down my PC.
When I reboot my PC, re-connect VPN and start the Citrix client, the Excel spreadsheet is displayed in the System Tray.
When I click (or right-click) on the Excel spreadsheet, nothing happens.
How do I close the items in a System Tray?
