Locking a project plan to edits

I have a plan in a Project Server 2007 environment that I want to protect so
that only a limited group of users can edit the plan. Other plans on the
server need to remain available to editing by all users. Suggestions???

You will need to create a special read only category which all groups other
than your special rights group are attached to. In this category uou will
have to specify the specific project you want to protect. Set the deny
permission for "Save Project to Project Server" for all groups attached to
this category.
