Locking a theme to a PowerPoint Template

hiya - question, is it possible in PowerPoint 2007 to create a template that
cannot have the theme changed?

we've got our default template with 8 different possible themes, but would
like a second template where the theme cannot be changed.

possible? any help provide would be much appreciated. thanks tons.
