Is there a way to "force" a table to stay in a certain
spot on a page?
I have users who review customer accounts. They may have
four or five reviews in the same Word document. They
start with a blank document that has a couple of tables
plus room for comments.
At the bottom of the page is a three-line table with
various pieces of information. They want this table to
stay at the bottom of the page, and not be moved to a
subsequent page if they write too many comments. They
don't want it in a footer, because they'll never remember
to insert a section break, not page break between
customers, and it's more trouble than it's worth to train
them how to change the footer so it doesn't carry over
from the prior section, etc. One user especially would
never get it.
Anyway, what they do now is leave the blank format at the
front of the document, insert a page break, and copy the
blank to the clean page. When they're totally done doing
their reviews, they delete the blank. I'm working on an
automated way for them to do all that, but am curious
about fixing the small table at the bottom of the page.
Thanks!
