locking text

how can i "lock the text" on the first page of a fill-in form template that i
have created, so that it will not contiue onto a second page when the fields
in the form are filled in. this text must remain on the first page. in most
cases there is ample room for all the fill-in fields, but occassionally there
is a need to fill in more information and i cannot have the standard text on
this page altered and allowed to spill onto a second page. please help

hi paul...i am using microsoft office word 2007...just a quick questions ...
i often see a little lock or an anchor in other documents...how do you get
these?
