Locking Timesheet for Non Managed Period

Hi All,

My organization has successfully implemented EPM 2003. We extract the actual
hours spent by each resource by project for the sake of billing every month.

I have a clarification. After the resources have entered their respective
actual hours spent on the tasks assigned to them, I need to lock the
timesheet for the entire month. Currently we are using the non managed period
option.

Can you pls suggest a remedy for locking timesheet for non managed period?

As your question concerns Project Server I suggest you re-post your
question to the project server newsgroup
(microsoft.public.project.server) if you haven't already posted there.

Although most of the folks who answer questions in the newsgroups visit
all the groups, I think you'll find there's a higher concentration of
"server gurus" in the server newsgroup and you may get a quicker answer.
