I have Outlook 2003. I have an HP Pavilion zv6000 laptop with Windows XP
with SP2. I have Spy Sweeper and Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 06.
I am on a wireless network with my husband (DSL) using Actiontec router. In
the last week, my computer has been locking up when I am using Outlook. It
isn't always when I am using the email application, it can occur in the
Contacts as well. I haven't added anything new other than updating my virus
protection and Spy Sweeper regularly. How can I determine what is causing
this problem? I have to do a "hard shutdown" each time this happens--at
least once a day sometimes two or three times a day. Thanks!
