Locking users out between certain hours

Hi,

I need to lock users out of an Access XP database between the hours of 9:30
p.m. and 7:45 a.m. This is a database that is used by about 30 people, and I
need to run code before they go into the database in the morning; the problem
is that some people start before me, and I need them out to run the code...
Any suggestions?
