locks up, says its synchronizing folders

I am using outlook 2007.when I open my inbox the message /microsoft outlook
is syncronizing folders./ message appears on the taskbar. send and recieve
stops recieving. my server is yahoo mail pop3

Obviously you stranded in a distant shore ;-)
This group is for *OneNote*, not Outlook.
