What is the easiest solution to log activities for a contact?
I want to record when we mail an application to a contact and if they
completed the application.
ALSO- I need to track if they attended an event.
Is there a way to easily do this without a lot of form manipulation?? User
defined fields??
should I use a 3rd party tool? recommendations?
