Thanks for the solution you gave on calculating the difference betwen 2
colomns.

Still on thesame log book. I need to rate staff in my Performance Rating
(PR*) Column using A, B, C, D, E but on d back end, i need the rating to show
the raw figure that is awarded to the staff in question.

Help me out please.
