Thanks for the solution you gave on calculating the difference betwen 2
colomns.

Still on thesame log book.

1). I need to rate staff in my Performance Rating
(PR*) Column using A, B, C, D, E but on d back end, i need the rating to show
the raw figure that is awarded to the staff in question.

2). I want the PR* column to be unavailable/read only to the staff/user but
i want it to be enabled/active as soon as it is routed to the
Instructor/Supervisor.

3). I want that once the form is submitted, it remains a read only
file/document.

Help me out please.

I'm not sure what you mean with the first point. Perhaps you can provide some
more information?
