Log files from client machine NEED HELP

Below are the log files from client machine. I am also looking into Jacks previous case which looks very similar. I am trying to duplicate, when I launch properties for User Services in LCS Admin Console I dont see all those tabs mentioned in his suggestion "LCS User Services Global Settings Properties"

Do i need to re-install? if I have to re-install what will be the best practice to do so. I can see all users in LCS admin console in users folder but continue to see the service failed error. When I go to the properties of User Services there are only three choices with radio button to select them 1. Redirect necessary, 2. Always Redirect, and 3. Alwasy use as proxy
