Log In Box For Outlook.

The log in box for Outlook keeps coming up over and over, even though I have
entered the login and password. How can I stop this and have it log me in
automatically like it used to?

How about some pertinent details?
Like type of email account, version of Outlook, operating system etc etc
etc.
