Log On Error 5016

One of our users is unable to connect to PWA. He is set up as a team member
and is the only one I have found with the prolem. When we try to connect to
our PWA site on his PC he gets the following error:

"Your account does not have permissions to log on. You need to change the
account in your profile or contact your server administrator to give your
account permissions to log on to this server. (5016) "

Isa anyone familiar with this error? ANyone know which permissions it
refers to? ANy hints would ber VERY much appreciated! THANK YOU!

As an administrator, go to PWA Admin>Manager Users and Groups>Users

Select this user account and hit Modify User.

Check to see what groups this user is associated to. Out of the box this
user should at least be part of the Team Members group. If not, add them.

Make sure that they do are not part of any group that has the "Log On"
global permission Denied.

Also make sure that the user him/her self does not have the "Log On" global
permission Denied on their account. It should be on the expanded global
permissions section of the Modify User page.
