log on error

i am trying to bring up my address book in word 2002 to
print envelopes. i go to tools, envelopes, and there is
an icon for the address book. when i click it it
says "logon failed. you must log onto microsoft exchange
to access your address book. error code: unspecified
error." how do i do this. thanks
