I have a web query which gets updated every minute, but i want to know how
to log the data so that i can use the data for further analysis.

Save a copy of the .xls file every minute as
OriginalFileName_Date_Time.xls .... eg Data_20080430_1108am.xls ?
Or export the data to an Access database ....
