Loggin inot Exchange Server

Hello,


I have a couple of different platforms WinXP and WIN2000

Why is it that some users click on Outlook and BAM! they go right
in...while others launch Outlook and they get a "login box" to authenticate
them to the exchange server ??

beause, for the users they logon dierectly to the server
the have the "windows authantication" options seletcted.
and for the other ones, they have "none" selected, that
is whay it asks for the username and password.
