Logging bugs on Microsoft connect

I am trying to log a bug regarding onenote (the inability to print to
onenote, which I have discussed here previously). However I am now having
trouble registering with Microsoft connect.

Here is what I am doing:
Log in using a passport account
Clicking available connections
Clicking the Onenote group

I then get the following error

If you are reading this, it is because you have come to MS Connect and either

* Not signed in with a passport account
* Signed in with passport, but haven't 'applied' to the "OneNote 2007
Beta 2" Program.

I know this may not be the apporpriate place - I have tried to contact
Microsoft directly through the connect website - but no answer and this is
tangentially related to onenote

Any suggestions?

Thanks for trying to help.

I tried both - using the onenote 2007 link on the available connections
website and your direct link - still get the same answer.

Also I have tried both IE, and firefox and have tried this on 3 different
computers.
