Logging on

where to start... I had to do the "f" word the other day
and when I have reloaded everything it now automatically
logs on as the administrator...this pc is used by several
people so security of files is important...can anyone
help me to stop it doing that and go to the normal xp
welcome screen...according to the user profile page, that
is turned on..
