logo causes crashes

Hi, I have a company logo pasted onto word documents and
these documents are emailed to other people. One person
has a problem opening documents with this logo - it shows
the logo rotating and then crashes his PC!

Can anyone help identify the problem and how to fix it??

1> What do you mean by "rotating"?
2> What version is he using?

Hi - rotating I mean turning, i.e. animated, with
movement.
He is using Windows ME.

What program is he viewing the documents in? Office doesn't animate images
inside Word...
