Logo disappearing from signature

I created a rich text signature that includes my company's logo. I have set
up Outlook to include a signature for new messages, replies and forwards.
However, when I reply to or forward a message the logo disappears. Does
anyone know how to prevent or fix this problem?

Outlook will reply in the format of the message. Is this is Plain Text then
it will use the Plain Text version of your signature which doesn't support
any formatting.
