Logo in My Outlook Signature Won't Show

I am using Office 2003, and have created a signature for my Outlook 2003
email. I have set my email format to HTML, and can see the company logo I
have inserted when I open the Edit Signature box from thre Tools...Options
menu, but when I open an email it shows as a box with an "X"...the logo file
isn't being shown. Can anyone help me? Is there a setting that is preventing
the logo from appearing?
