Logon pop up

I copied a database to another user on another workstation, but the user
always gets a Logon Pop Up request for a password, with their name as userID.
However, the Access 2000 database was created with no security restrictions
whatsoever. The user is not getting the Logon Pop Up with any other
Microsoft software, and the user has full rights when we look at the database
properties. How can we avoid getting the Logon Pop Up? Thx.

This is how the issue was resolved:
Copied the workgroup file “SYSTEM.MDW†from a working PC and used the
Workgroup Administrator tool “WRKGADM.EXE†to join this workgroup file on the
problem computer.
