Logon Problems

I think I screwed up royally!!

I accidently deleted myself as a user and now I am unable
to open my database. I am the only one who uses this
database and even though I try to log in as admin, it
still does not open.

I am desperate. Please help.

Precisely how did you "delete yourself as a user"? And, exactly what happens
when you try to open the database? You need to give more details before
anyone can help you much, IMO.
