I'm doing a merge from a spreadsheet I created in Excel 2007 into a Word
2007 merge document. I'm not doing mail, but instead keeping data in Excel
and then using merge to form it into readable text. Some of these fields are
long. They display fine in Excel, (or at least read fine, I'm blind and use
a screen reader) but when I merge the document I get truncated results for
the long fields.
How can I either set the data threshold larger or turn off this truncation
so that I don't have this problem?
I appreciate any assistance anyone can give.
Here's the vital statistics:
Computer - Intel Pentium 4 3.4 GHz single core processor with 4Gb of RAM
(Not all used, as indicated by the next line
OS: Windows XP Professional, 32 bit, Service Pack 3
Screen Reader: Jaws 12
Office Suite: Microsoft Office 2007 Professional
