Long Delay in the Display of File Names from the File Open Dialog Box

I have two computers (so far) with the symptom of the
problem described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article
818792. Is there a location I can go to to download the
hotfix?

Date Time Size File name
------------------------------------------------
29-Apr-2003 10:27 3,945,132 Sharedop.msp
29-Apr-2003 15:04 10,140,948 Sharedff.msp
After the hotfix is installed, the following files will
have the listed attributes or later: Date
Time Version Size File name

You'll need to contact Microsoft Support, as the article states, to get the
